Organization - Ferl
Ferl
Launched in 1998, Ferl was originally an acronym for “Further Education Resources for Learning”, but in meeting the needs of our audience we expanded our scope to include management, technology and teaching approaches as well as the use of online resources.
Ferl is an information service for all staff working within the Post-Compulsory Education sector. We aim to support individuals and organisations in making effective use of ILT (Information Learning Technologies). We do this through a web-based information service, conferences, publications and other events, often in collaboration with partners in the National Learning Network. Our next conference is the National Learning Network conference 2004, to be held in November at G-MEX in Manchester.
